A big thank you to Sally Mann for working so hard this year on our 30th Anniversary Entertainment. She has managed to get some fantastic acts, see below, making it one of the best Candlelights ever.
Sally Mann is a creative producer for festivals and Events. She coordinates artistic programmes and manages Events. Sally is also the artistic director of Fuse Performance Somerset’s Outdoor Arts Company and also runs Somerfest in Taunton (next year June 17th) . Sally is delighted to be organising the artistic programme for Dunster for the 30th anniversary and helping Candlelight raise money for St. Margarets Hospice.

Rimski's Bicycle Piano is Candlelight's hidden treasure. Rimski unique eccentric piano is something that you don't get to see very often, a man playing his piano cycling through the streets, playing songs and a finale to enjoy and be amazed. Unmissable!
Rimski this year joins Kwabana Lindsay in a truly spectacular finale show celebrating 30 years of Dunster by Candlelight.
A unique international performer Kwabana Lindsay "The Fiddler on the rope" has performed all over the world. Crossing the language barrier he suspends, our disbelief. Using slack rope, fire, music and comedy. The title says it all. Watch and enjoy the finale with Rimski and Kwabana fire, music, a Candlelight spectacle.
The Greens - aka This and That Performance
This and That Performance bring music and enjoyment with the Greens this year to Candlelight. An enchanting duo entertaining musical theatrics for all to enjoy.

Bowlore flaming swords and medieval displays, stunning and unmissable you will see them during the evenings lighting up the streets of Dunster.
Fire Spinners and Flame Jugglers
Lula May brings fire and light to Candlelight with her stunning and spectacular street shows.

Mitchell and Vincent Acoustic Duo
David J Mitchell and Graham Vincent, an acoustic folk duo based in the South West of England and they are always interested in playing. Candlelight welcomes the popular duo who have over 80 gigs in 2016 and still found time to produce their 2nd album, Circling the Square!
Jonathan has been collecting and playing Medieval musical instruments for 35 years in the form of modern reproductions made using information
gleaned from the iconography of the period, or in the form of modern
folk survivals particularly from Eastern Europe and the Levant.
They are a 16 piece Samba Band based in Somerset and play classic Brazilian grooves and other rhythms adapted or created for Samba instruments. And in case you’re wondering, the Skintight refers to the Drum Skins, no way are we men going to turn up in Lycra.
Mr. Mommet Punch and Judy Show
Mr Mommet will be in the Tithe Barn this year creating memorable moments for children and parents to enjoy. Another unmissable treat for Dunster's 30th celebrations.
West Somerset Morris Men
Dancing and playing and all about having fun for everyone!
Living history of Medieval re-enactment, the Sutton Houshold are a 15th Century Living History and Re-enactment Troupe Covering the South and West of England. A Whole Old World exists inside our modern world within the Medieval Re-enactment Community.
Brass Bands, Bell Ringers, Singers and Choirs
Music fills the streets thanks to our ever faithful and immensely popular bands, singers, choirs to whom we are grateful for supporting us each year, for 2016 we are pleased to welcome:
Dunster Carollers, West Somerset Brass Band, Minehead Handbell Ringers,The Courage to Sing Choir, The Acorn Shanty Crew, Blackdown Community Choir, Wellington Silver Band, Wiveliscombe Community Wind Band and Blooming Flutes
